7-day returns
Unused fabric can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Used fabric is not eligible. Contact support@libass-e-sundas.store or WhatsApp +92 314 3236482 with your order number to arrange a return.
How to return
Our team will provide return instructions before you send a parcel. If an item arrived damaged or incorrect, share clear photographs. Keep the item and its packaging available for inspection.
Refunds
We do not charge a refund processing fee. Refunds are paid via Easypaisa within 24 hours after refund approval. Please do not send account passwords, PINs or OTPs.
Custom colour requests
Custom dyeing is free on eligible Banarsi Shalwar Kameez. Custom dyeing takes 7 days. We confirm the shade before dyeing. Screen lighting and fabric may affect how a shade appears.
